6. Payment & Fees

Fees, payment timing, and any applicable expenses will be described in the relevant written agreement. Except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable. Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy provided with the relevant engagement.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other party’s confidential information using reasonable care and will use it only as necessary to perform or receive services. Confidential information does not include information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, independently developed, rightfully received from a third party, or required to be disclosed by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TBRC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability arising from any claim related to the website or services will not exceed the fees paid to TBRC for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the event.
